  • Solar-ready install; and we have a solar partner developing solar trailers with entire backup generator and battery solutions. Otherwise, this is best sourced locally for the purpose of any troubleshooting and/or install and maintenance advice.

  • Water tank and pump setup usually best sourced locally to save on transport costs. Where possible we recommend water catchment from a nearby shed or house with larger roof space than the tiny house as the tiny house roof is generally too small a catchment area to sustain long term living water needs.

DELIVERY

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

  • Delivery: Costs $2.86 per km including return to Port Macquarie, with variations depending on road quality and access. Minimum $275 fee if local.
  • Installation: This service involves supply & installation of a pier & tie-down system with individually adjustable piers for precise levelling and stabilising of your tiny house on a relatively level site. We will also run you through the process/options we’re aware of, of anything else you may need to have set up
  • Request a quote for exact costings to have your tiny house delivered and installed.

SALDA lake from Turkey.  The ‘SALDA’, our newly released 5m tiny house, is more minimalistic in in nature and has been designed specifically for short term stays – perfect for those seeking to be hospitable to family, friends and Airbnb stays. And since the SALDA is under 3 tonne it is easier to relocate since it can be towed by most 4WDs.

HOW TO USE THE SALDA TINY HOUSE

AIRBNB GUEST ACCOMMODATION – The SALDA tiny house has been specifically designed for guest accomodation. You may not need the size of the original Sojourner in order to offer guest accomodation. For a simpler, more cost effective AirBnb tiny house, the ‘Salda’ has everything a 1-2 guests may need for a very enjoyable stay.

MOBILE HOME – Because the SALDA is the smallest house in our range it suits more frequent relocation giving you the option to travel around world if you wanted to.
